ENDORSEMENTS ARE COMING IN! From the Cape Cod Times:
Atsalis for
House
The
four-term incumbent has delivered on local projects.
William ''Will'' Crocker
Jr. is a fitting opponent to state Rep. Demetrius Atsalis in
the 2nd Barnstable District. Crocker's family roots go all the
way back; he knows the Mid-Cape district's major players and
the issues from his longtime job as radio newsman; and while
laboring under every challenger's disadvantage of not having a
record to tout, he has shown a grasp of the nuts and bolts of
legislative work and has approached the job in a proactive,
organized way.
That said, we believe
the four-term Democrat Atsalis has earned continued
support.

WELCOME TO MY WEBSITE
Dear Friends!
First, I would like to say what an honor it has been to
serve as your State Representative for the 2nd
Barnstable District on Cape Cod.
It has been a pleasure meeting with old friends in
Barnstable and making new ones in Yarmouth. It has been a
priority since being elected to listen to the needs of
Yarmouth and Barnstable residents and to always be accessible.
My door is always open and office hours are always available
in both towns.
I have set forth an agenda based on the response from
citizens: fix the state’s unfair education funding formula,
promote economic development, create jobs, protect health care
and prescription medication programs for seniors, ease traffic
congestion, increase public safety and protect the Cape’s
pristine and fragile environment.
I am proud to say we have made progress on all these major
issues. Many successes were made possible by reaching out,
being inclusive, and not letting party politics stand in the
way of finding real solutions. I will continue to work in a
bipartisan manner to improve the lives of citizens in the
2nd Barnstable District and throughout the
state.
I look forward to your continued input and participation in
our efforts to build on these successes.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need assistance
or have any concerns or questions.
Thank you,
Demetrius |
